TRUFFLEicious is an independent business based at Great Chalfield, Wiltshire, in a stable I converted into a 5* hygiene registered kitchen, within the grounds of Great Chalfield Manor. I am registered as a food business with Wiltshire Council & hold a current Food Hygiene Certificate
.I am professional cook with over 40 yrs experience, have had my recipes published in the Guardian & local magazines and had an article written about my business by Prue Leith. I worked at Harrods, designing Canapes for the Food Hall and was employed as Personal Chef to Mr Al Fayed & Lord & Lady Cowdray at Cowdray Park. Midhurst, West Sussex.

You can sample a selection of my food, including Cakes, Chocolates, Ice Cream, Quiches, Salads, etc on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 12.30-3.30 in The Coach House at Great Chalfield Manor. (National Trust Entrance Charge applies) from 12.30-3.30 between Easter Sunday, 1st April & 30th October 2018.

I can come to your home or a venue of your choice, give you an overview of food hygiene and teach you how to cook almost anything you would like to learn. I can also suggest new ideas to enhance your skills & repertoire turning you into a foodie phenomenon. Together, using my knowledge of cooking, food development & recipe creation you will soon be able to create your own delicious dishes & be the envy of your friends.
Tuition is available as 1 to 1 tuition or in a group of up to six people. Larger group tuition is available on request.
