Having worked as a cook for more than 40 years mainly in private family houses for Polo functions and at Harrods.

You can sample a selection of my food, including Cakes, Chocolates, Ice Cream, Quiches, Salads, etc on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 12.30-3.30 in The Coach House at Great Chalfield Manor. (National Trust Entrance Charge applies) from 12.30-3.30 between April & 30th October 2018.

We can come to your home or a venue of your choice, give you an overview of food hygiene and teach you how to cook those special dishes. Tuition is available on a one to one basis, or in groups of up to six people. If you would like a demonstration for a larger group, please do not hesitate to contact me.
We can suggest new ideas to enhance your skills, help you create your own recipes, from scratch and save you money by teaching you to use up your leftovers. Gift vouchers are available, making the lessons an ideal gift for the Man or Woman in your life, the student off to Uni, dinner party giver or groups of friends wanting to learn to cook that special afternoon tea, lunch.
